Registration for the seventh International Law Competition “Youth for Peace” is now open. The competition deals with issues arising from international armed conflict, with a particular focus on international humanitarian law, human rights law and public international law issues.

In the Witness Stand: Lessons from a Mock Trial
Last week I volunteered as a witness for the NSW Bar Association’s mock trial (part of the bar practice course). It was an excellent experience that provided an alternative perspective on the legal system. The experience got me thinking about what it’s like for people who aren’t regularly exposed to the legal system.
