Congratulations to Will from Flinders University, who won the 2014 Australian Law Student Survey competition.

 

Terms and Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter this competition forms part of the terms of entry.
  2. Entry into the competition is deemed as acceptance of the conditions of entry. 
  3. The Promoter is College of Law of 2 Chandos St, St Leonards NSW 2065 (contact: 0425301960).
  4. This competition is open to Australian residents only.
  5. Entrants must be aged 17 years or over and currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate law degree at an Australian university.
  6. To enter, students must complete all of the Australian Law Student Survey 2014 and must agree to Survive Law’s Privacy Policy (www.survivelaw.com).
  7. Entries will be accepted from 00:00 on 4/11/16 until 23:59 on 13/3/16.
  8. The Prize will be awarded to the most creative and insightful answer to the question “If you could change one thing about your law school, what would it be and why?”, as judged by Survive Law’s editor.
  9. There will be no element of chance in awarding the prize. 
  10. Judging will take place at 6/251 Darlinghurst Rd, Darlinghurst NSW 2008 at 12:00 on 22/12/14.
  11. The winner will be contacted by email on 23/3/16 and must acknowledge theirreceipt of the email by 30/3/15, or a new winner may be selected. The Prize consists of a $500.00 Westfield Voucher.
  12. Winner details will be published on Survive Law (www.survivelaw.com) by 31/3/16, and will remain on the Survive Law website until December 2016. Entrants agree that Survive Law may publish their details (name and university) on the Survive Law website and social media pages.
  13. Winner details will be published on Survive Law (www.survivelaw.com) by 5/1/15, and will remain on the Survive Law website until October 2015. Entrants agree that Survive Law may publish their details (name and university) on the Survive Law website and social media pages.
  14. Unsuccessful entrants will not be notified.Entries that do not include the entrant’s full name, university and valid contact email will be disqualified.
  15. Entries that include more than 75 words in total will be deemed invalid.
  16. Entrants may only enter the promotion once. Submitting more than one entry will result in disqualification of all of that entrant’s entries.
  17. Entries not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions will be considered invalid.
  18. The judge’s ruling in relation to any aspect of the competition including the awarding of the prize is final and binding on all participants.
  19. No correspondence will be entered into.
  20. The prize will be awarded to one winner only.
  21. It is the responsibility of all entrants to provide a valid email address. If the winner’s email address is invalid, a new winner may be chosen.
  22. Should an entrant’s contact details change in the course of the competition, it is the responsibility of the entrant to notify the Promoter.
  23. All competition entries are the property of the Promoter.
  24. Personal information collected by the Promoter may be entered into a database and used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, and the entrant consents to such use.

  26. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prizes.
  27. The Promoter may modify, suspend or terminate the competition at any time.
