Bond University law students Marryum Kahloon and Caroline Karlsson have won the Beijing Foreign Studies University Intellectual Property Law Moot.

Thirteen teams participated in the competition, which took place last month. Bond was the only Australian team to compete in this year’s tournament.

The team coach and Bond University’s Director of Mooting, Assistant Professor Joel Butler, congratulated the students on their win: "It involves a lot of hard work and effort, and the results are testimony to the commitment that the students have brought to this demanding discipline", he said.
