I don’t know about you, but I’m just not in the study mood. My brain is of the impression that it has already learnt enough this semester and that holidays should have started already. I’m so tired of exam prep that I actually wrote a list of unappealing activities that I’d rather be doing instead.
Here are my top four:
1. Re-sit all my year 12 final exams. Sure they were scary at the time, but now they look positively enjoyable, especially the geography exam.
2. Re-write all my mid-semester assignments. It’ll be easier the second time around and I feel like I’ve already mastered that material. I think footnoting would be therapeutic in contrast to trying to learn the topics I should have paid attention to over the past five weeks when I was ‘recovering’ from those mid-semester assessments.
3. Clean my entire house, including vacuuming and dusting. (In fact I’ve already cleaned my bedroom and study twice this week).
4. Watch all 22 episodes of Crownies. Although I’m not a fan of the show, there are scenes where they state all the elements of certain offences so I suppose it could be mildly educational.
