Clerkship season has arrived in NSW! This handy guide has been put together to shed some light on the clerkship process and to help you to find opportunities this summer.
Below are the organisations offering clerkships in NSW this year in the standard period outlined by the NSW Law Society:
K & L Gates (awaiting confirmation)
Note: the NSW Law Society lists the NSW Department of Justice and Clifford Chance as participating firms, however, Survive Law was unable to find any details regarding these programs.

Applications open: 15 June 2016
Applications close: 17 July 2016
Interviews commence: 8 August 2016
Offers can be made: from 23 September 2016 (to be accepted by 5:00 p.m. 27 September 2016)

Do I have to do a clerkship?
